The book features 52 entries, two entries per letter. Each entry includes a prayer, a read about it section with verses that line up with the topic, a think about it section, a learn more about it which gives more scripture references, and finally do something about it.

At the beginning of the book students will get a list of supplies needed to complete the lessons. Grip and posture are discussed. Lastly, eight key words are described.
