I started with a basic lemon cupcake recipe using mini cupcakes.
Next, I frosted the cupcakes with the buttercream frosting. I added lemon extract and
fresh blackberries to the basic buttercream frosting recipe. I did not add the vanilla extract.
Next, was to make the meringues. The first picture was before they were put
in the oven and the second was after they were taken out.
Now the FUN begins!!
I used fresh fruit, meringue, French macarons, and cupcakes to make this fun
18th Birthday cake for my daughters 18th Birthday!
