Each tracker challenge chart is uniquely different. No two look the same. The workout or completion exercises are easy to understand and follow. I am sure that for a far share of children the Nutrition Challenge
will be the most difficult. For my children it would not as they
love fruits and veggies! Maybe drinking the suggested amount of
water may be a challenge. I think that this challenge is WONDERFUL!

tasks: drinking 5 glasses of water a day, playing outside

Overall, I think that Healthy Habit Trackers is a wonderful way to help your children build healthy habits. The old saying, habits are formed in 30 days is just wrong. The things that bring us pleasure in life will be learned fast. The things in life that we know are good for us but we don't particularly enjoy will often take much longer to form as habits. My boys started with the Household Chores and Muscular Endurance challenges. I agree that the Nutrition challenge would be a great one to have my kids do!
