Precious Moments 5-Minute Bedtime Treasury

Bedtime can often be a crazy time of the day. Parents are anxious to get their kiddos tucked in for the night and are often exhausted themselves. Precious Moments 5-Minute Bedtime Treasury by Precious Moments and published by Thomas Nelson is the perfect way to spend the last few minutes with your child before they settle in for the night.

Each Bible story begins with a title and scripture reference and ends with a Bedtime Bible Promise. The stories are a couple pages in length and include endearing Precious Moments pictures. The Bible stories are paraphrased from the International Children's Bible Version.

There are three sections included in the treasury:
  • God is Trustworthy
  • God is Good
  • God is Love
Just like a Bible the stories begin in Genesis with Creation and the book ends in Revelation.

I absolutely loved this book and so did my kiddos that are 7 and 9 years old. This book would be suitable for much younger children as well. This hardcover book is the perfect gift for the child in your life. The beginning of the book also includes pages that include a Who This Book Belongs To, a Family Tree, an All About Me, and a Church Record. At the end of the book are two pages dedicated to prayer. The first page entitled, A Prayer From Someone Who Loves Me, is a perfect place to write out a special prayer for the child that the book is being gifted to. The second page entitled, My Own Bedtime Prayer, is a place for the child to write out their own special prayer to God.

Let the last thoughts that your child has before drifting off to sleep be of God and His Word. What an amazing gift to give your child!! You can find this book on Amazon
