My 9 year old daughter had so much fun experimenting with this Soda Pop Kit. The kit is recommended for ages 8+. Not only will your child have fun learning the science behind making fizzy drinks but they also get to enjoy drinking it!! What kid doesn't love mixing up concoctions? With time and patience your child will be able to create a yummy tasting, fizzy drink.
My daughter started by following the instructions and then adding and subtracting ingredient amounts until she found just the right combination to create a tasty drink. Along the way she did encounter some pretty nasty tasting concoctions.
After experimenting my daughter is anxious to come up with alternative flavors using flavoring outside of the kit. Once you understand the basic ingredients needed the flavor combinations are truly endless!!
